Tennis Kosova is the official platform of the Tennis Federation of Kosovo. Alongside the public hub for news, events and rankings, it runs the day-to-day of the federation: booking and scheduling, keeping staff and members informed, and taking payments online.

Challenge
The federation was running scheduling, member communication and payments by hand, across separate tools. The challenge was to bring all three into one platform that staff could run day to day and members could use themselves, without losing the public-facing site that promotes tennis across Kosovo.
Solution
To address the challenges, the solution involved:
• Building the platform on a .NET backend with PostgreSQL, so bookings, members and payments live in one consistent store rather than across spreadsheets.
• Developing a React front end for both sides — staff running the day, and members booking and paying themselves.
• Automating notifications so staff and clients hear about bookings and changes as they happen, instead of being called individually.
• Integrating online payments so fees are collected through the platform and tied to the booking they belong to.
• Keeping the public site — news, events, rankings and development programs — on the same platform, so the federation maintains one system rather than several.
